Short-sightedness up to -12.00

Final outcome: binocular distance vision without glasses. Results based on an analysis of 1200 consecutive procedures. 20/40 (6/12) means that the patient has to stand at 20 feet to see letters that a “normal” person could see at 40 feet – the UK minumum driving standard. 20/16 (6/5) means that the patient can read letters at 20 feet that a “normal” person would have to stand at 16 feet to see (better than normal vision)

What our patients say

Prof Dan Reinstein is so confident and reassuring that he makes you feel you have nothing to worry about and the end result justified this.

Caroline K., Researcher

The surgeon, Mr Carp, was outstanding. From the moment I entered his surgery, and receiving a phone call from him in the evening at home, he was reassuring, compassionate and utterly professional.

Patrick O., RAF Officer

Ms Morral provided a very professional yet comforting and attentive service as a surgeon, thoroughly engaging me in all aspects of pre and post op concerns I had.
