Our Administrator and Management team at the London Vision Clinic comprise of a team of people who are passionate about providing a polite, thorough and professional approach to all administrative and management needs for patients and to keep everything running smoothly within the Clinic.
They ensure the highest possible standards of service for patients, clarity and accuracy in all relevant paperwork and an excellent overall experience for patients.

Dani is originally from the tiny village of Emu Creek, Australia. She moved to London in 2007 and joined the London Vision Clinic team in 2008 as a Nurse. Dani enjoys working as a Manager as she gets to work with so many fabulous staff while continuing to be involved in patient care. In her spare time she is completing a Law Degree at University, enjoys travelling and dance.
Emma is originally from Sweden and moved over to London in 1995, which was planned to be a short stint only. After 7 years in the optical field Emma ended up at London Vision Clinic in 2004 and has loved every minute of her time here. In 2005 she had PRK to treat a very high -10.00 prescription and still can’t believe what a life changing experience that has been.I have loved every minute of my time here at London Vision Clinic“”
Hetal was born and raised in North London. She graduated from the University of East London having completed a Communication Studies degree in 2004. Since then she has worked within the cosmetic industry before finally making the jump across to the London Vision Clinic back in 2009.“It is not often that you find a place to work where it feels like you’re amongst friends working to achieve the same goals. The London Vision Clinic has provided me the opportunity to make good friends where we are able to work hard and play hard when the time allows.”
In her spare time Hetal loves taking care of her beautiful dog Jessie and other array of pets, spending her free time with friends and family whilst making plans for her next holiday abroad.
Originally from Sweden Ida has been living in London since 2004. She joined the London Vision Clinic in 2010 after working in NHS for several years. She was recently promoted to Lead administrator to the most efficient team that she has ever worked with. In her spare time she likes to walk in Epping forest , dining, traveling and socializing with family“It is so lovely to work together with people that actually like to be at work and enjoy what they do. All the teams here work so hard to please our patients. I have never worked with such dedicated and professional people before. I am so proud to be part of the London Vision Clinic
“I had my treatment here in 2004, I remember waking up the next day with the biggest smile on my face knowing I don’t have to reach out for my glasses. It was an amazing feeling. It makes me feel so proud knowing I work with a team that gives this feeling to so many other patients.
Bhadra was born and bred in North London. Her employment background has been Sales and Customer Services. In her spare time she loves to watch movies and do Yoga – but these days only gets time for playing with her 1 year old daughter.
“I had surgery for blended vision 7 years ago and it changed my life”
Cindy works part time behind the scenes and is part of the admin team. Having worn glasses since she was 10 and then needing glasses for reading – she had surgery for blended vision over 7 years ago and still marvels about how it has changed her life.
Originally from the beautiful twin isle of Trinidad and Tobago. She originally came to the UK for 2 years but is still here after 8 years!
She has been working at London Vision Clinic for 4 years, initially a few hours each day whilst she completed her Postgraduate Diploma and she’s now here 4 days a week.
As one of the Clinic Administrators her role is a wide and varied as they come. No one day is the same and there is always something new to learn.
