These notes are always reviewed and formally approved by your clinician before becoming part of your medical record. We understand that confidentiality and data protection are essential to your peace of mind. The AI scribe operates under strict UK data-protection standards and processes only the clinical information spoken during your appointment. All notes are stored securely within your medical record and are accessible only to the clinical team directly involved in your care at London Vision Clinic. If you would prefer not to use the AI scribe, please let your Patient Care Coordinator or Clinician know. This will not affect the quality of your care in any way.
