What Defines A Great Place To Work?

Every year, Great Place to Work ® Institute surveys over 5,500 organizations representing 10 million employees around the world. In order to make the top rankings, organizations must meet the following three requirements:

•    Employees trust their management; •    Employees take pride in what they do; •    Employees enjoy working with their colleagues.

With 25 years of experience of researching businesses, Great Place to Work ® evaluate thousands of organizations using two tools:

The Trust Index Employee © Survey which is completed by the employees of the company. This measures the effectiveness of the leadership.

The Culture Audit © Questionnaire which is completed by the managers. It examines how the managers create trust in the workplace through company policies, procedures and initiatives.

The Award Winning Staff Of London Vision Clinic
