In What Cases Would I Need To Have 24/7 Access To The Surgeon By Mobile Phone?
Mr Glenn Carp – “I think in all cases it is important to have full access to your surgeon. Here at the London Vision Clinic at the time of your surgery on the day of your treatment, you are given the surgeon’s access mobile number. The idea is of course if it is a medical emergency, they are the best person equipped and they need to know about things as early as possible. We also have here at the London Vision Clinic 24 hour after hours service, so any patients making inquires even if they are not urgent or semi-urgent, they can obviously make inquires in that regard, but all patients should have access to their surgeons for medical emergencies.”
