Meet our Clinic Coordinators

Our Clinic Coordinators keep everything running smoothly, and help make sure you always receive the highest possible standards of service.

Also known as the London Vision Clinic’s “Air Traffic Controllers”, their aim is to ensure every patient’s administrative needs are taken care of – from re-arranging appointments or getting an insider recommendation for the best little cafe in nearby Marylebone – they walk that little extra mile for patients, every day.

I grew up in a rural country town in Victoria, Australia, but moved to the outskirts of Melbourne when I was 13. I studied Nursing at university and worked as a surgical nurse in theatre for six years. Keen to travel and see a different side of the world, I moved to London in August 2022 where I now live with a fellow Aussie and three Kiwis. I’ve been lucky to make some amazing new friends and experience many incredible places, one of my favourites being the desert in Morocco! In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, walks and coffee with friends, and watching my AFL team play footy!

Originally from North Yorkshire, I moved to London in September 2023 after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Sociology. I love travelling and recently just came back from a four-month trip around South East Asia. I studied ballet from ages 3-18 and in more recent years have developed a love for running. So, I’ve swapped the pointe shoes for running shoes and now you’ll probably find me running through the streets of London on my way to meet friends or just to explore!

Growing up in Bexley, I have always had a passion for makeup and painting. Once I left school I studied beauty therapy and makeup for TV and film. I then went on to work for Chanel beauty and adored being part of a big team in a customer centred role. Through my work in such a client facing environment I discovered how much I love to connect with people. I have since started studies in counselling skills and volunteer for a crisis line. Joining the London Vision Clinic has been refreshing for me as I’ve been able to build some new skills whilst still providing a high level of customer care. I have a million interests but usually you can find me doing something creative in my spare time like cooking, baking, painting or reading.

Born and raised in Central London, I’ve always been energised by the pace and diversity of the city and it’s still home. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience, driven by a deep curiosity about the human brain and a strong desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Working within the medical field is incredibly important to me—it’s where science, empathy, and impact meet, and I feel truly at home contributing to something so meaningful. Outside of work and study, I love to travel, whether it’s a weekend escape or a bigger adventure and staying active is a big part of who I am. I used to play football competitively and even qualified as a coach, but these days I stay moving through running, fitness classes, and spontaneous walks around the city.
