Meet our administration and management team

Our Administration and Management team are passionate about providing a polite, thorough and professional service, and keeping everything running smoothly within the Clinic. They ensure the highest possible standards of patient care, clarity and accuracy in all relevant paperwork, and an excellent overall experience for every visitor to the clinic.

The staff make you feel relaxed about the whole procedure and it is over in minutes. Staff are always on hand to answer questions and talk you through post-operative care. Adding personal touches, like texting/calling to make sure you’re okay after surgery help make a difference.

I grew up in Guildford, Surrey and moved to Swansea to study Psychology. After completing my degree, I took four months out to travel and train as a Ski Instructor in Canada. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me with friends and family in a country pub after a long walk with my boxer/lab pup!

I used to be part of the Clinic Coordinator team, so I love engaging with our patients around the clinic and making sure they are happy. We are lucky to have such a diverse and unique group of colleagues that work here, every day is different and thoroughly enjoyable.

I joined the clinic back in 2009, after working within the cosmetics industry for a number of years. I have always lived around London, I was born and raised in North London but now live south of the river! I gained my degree in Communication Studies from the University of East London in 2004, so I enjoy being involved in the varied administration responsibilities we have when communicating with our patients and our network.

It’s not often that you find a workplace where it feels like you’re amongst friends working to achieve the same goals. In my spare time, I love taking care of my beautiful family, whilst always making plans for our next holiday abroad!

I was born and bred in North London and still live in the same area! Before joining the clinic I worked in sales and customer services roles. I joined the clinic in 2004 and my role was to oversee the diary (the appointment system back then consisted of a paper desk diary for Professor Reinstein, and our optometrist!). As we have grown, so have our systems, we now run a complex electronic medical records system with our diaries built-in.

I had my treatment as soon as I could when I first joined, I remember waking up the next day with the biggest smile on my face knowing I don’t have to reach out for my glasses. It was an amazing feeling. It makes me proud knowing I work within a team that gives that feeling to others. In fact, eight of my family have since had treatment here too!

I love watching movies with my two daughters in my spare time, and practising yoga if I get a chance!

Originally from London, I grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I studied at the University of Nottingham and graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2013. This naturally led me into a career in the healthcare sector, having spent over 9 years within various organisations. I oversee the daily operations of the clinic which means my role is varied every day and I love the new challenge each day brings – and after many years of working in the Clinic Coordinator team, I know what it takes to keep the front desk running efficiently!

I’m happiest when backpacking around the world and making new friends but when I can’t get abroad, I’m always socialising with friends or watching movies!

I joined the clinic back in 2003 and it has been wonderful to see the clinic evolve and grow over the years. I now work three days a week, mostly behind the scenes as part of the administration team.

Having worn glasses since I was 10 and then later needing glasses for reading, I had my Laser Blended Vision surgery in 2004! I still haven’t stopped marvelling at just how much it changed my life. I can see when I swim/scuba dive, or ski!

Jianhao – Financial Controller

I obtained my chartered certificate and higher education in the UK and subsequently, have been employed in the field of accounting for over a decade. Since my induction into the clinic in 2022, I have enjoyed helping the clinic maintain a highly adaptable and streamlined financial framework. In addition to being a preeminent eye surgery clinic globally, LVC functions as a large family, placing great emphasis and value on the welfare of its staff. I take great pleasure in working for such a well-structured and cross-cultural company!
