Meet our administration and management team

Our Administration and Management team are passionate about providing a polite, thorough and professional service, and keeping everything running smoothly within the Clinic. They ensure the highest possible standards of patient care, clarity and accuracy in all relevant paperwork, and an excellent overall experience for every visitor to the clinic.

The staff make you feel relaxed about the whole procedure and it is over in minutes. Staff are always on hand to answer questions and talk you through post-operative care. Adding personal touches, like texting/calling to make sure you’re okay after surgery help make a difference.

“I had my treatment here in 2004, I remember waking up the next day with the biggest smile on my face knowing I don’t have to reach out for my glasses. It was an amazing feeling. It makes me feel so proud knowing I work with a team that gives this feeling to so many other patients.”

Chloe – Head of Marketing

Chloe – Marketing Assistant

I moved to London from rural Lincolnshire in 2013 to earn my Marketing degree. Before joining London Vision Clinic in 2017, I worked a ski season in the French Alps plus a bit of gap-year-cliche travelling.

I’m lucky enough to really enjoy my work and the variety each day brings. I spend my time here being creative and improving the patient experience we deliver.

Outside of work, you will usually find me at one of London’s lively food markets, chasing happy hour in a cocktail bar, and at live music events! I recommend signing up to Sofar Sounds if you love live music – you get to see upcoming music artists perform in and around secret locations in London and other cities worldwide.
