Laser eye surgery at the London Vision Clinic is more expensive than anywhere else, and many people are very happy with the treatment they receive at other clinics. So why pay more?

We recognise that ours is the expensive option and that’s why we offer a range of interest-free financing options. These allow you to spread the cost of your laser eye treatment, and pay in monthly instalments of as little as £137.

The cost of LASIK, ReLEx SMILE and LASEK/PRK surgery at the London Vision Clinic is £6,500 (for both eyes). Why is it more expensive than at other clinics?

World-class treatment

The only way to keep prices low is to treat a high turnover of patients. That means sticking to the simpler cases, and offering a relatively simple standard of care. But we believe your vision is too precious to risk. We never compromise. Perfection is our minimum standard; in everything from the surgery itself to the way we answer the telephone.

That means taking much more time and care over the testing and screening of your eyes. In some cases, two to three times as long as other clinics. It means making sure you get every test and treatment you need at no extra charge.

It means developing a bespoke treatment plan, and programming the laser specifically for you. And it means reviewing every single operation to ensure we did everything we could to give you the best possible result. If we think we can improve your vision further, we’ll do so, at no extra charge.

We are confident that no clinic in the UK, and probably the world, can match us for surgical expertise, thoroughness of screening, or our commitment to customer service. This standard of care cannot possibly be offered at a discount price. But then, do you really want discount eye surgery?

Why choose the London Vision Clinic?

While the cost of LASIK eye surgery may be higher there are several benefits of choosing the London Vision Clinic.

No hidden costs

Many clinics attract patients with low basic prices, but then reveal that certain tests or procedures carry extra costs. These costs can mount up fast.

A small percentage of patients have very high prescriptions beyond what can be corrected with standard treatment. For maximum accuracy and safety, we recommend High Profile treatments for these patients. Due to their complexity, these specialised treatments are priced at £6,500. Please get in touch with us if you would like to talk about this before your initial screening.

The cost of LASIK eye surgery at the London Vision Clinic includes everything you’re likely to need:

  • Initial screening.
  • Ophthalmic examination.
  • Wavefront analysis.
  • High Profile treatment (for high prescriptions) if appropriate.
  • All aftercare for one year after your treatment.
  • 24-hour access to your surgeon’s personal mobile phone.
  • Post-operative medications and supplies.

Plus, if necessary:

  • PRESBYOND® Laser Blended Vision for presbyopia (ageing eyes).
  • Power Wavefront treatment.
  • Zeiss VisuMax Femtosecond laser flap creation.
  • Artemis Insight 100™ VHF digital ultrasound examinations (during preparation for laser eye surgery).

Our fees include all of your aftercare. If you ever have any worries about your vision, we want you to get in touch – whether it’s a month after your surgery, a year, or 5 years. And you can call us as often as you need to, no matter how long ago you had your surgery.

Annual eye exams are £250.
