Cost Involved With Laser Eye Surgery At London Vision Clinic:

It is no secret that London Vision Clinic is not the cheapest option for vision correction. 4% of the people we asked over the last 6 months have said that cost is one of the biggest factors influencing their decision about whether to have Laser Eye Surgery. Therefore, we believe that it is really important to communicate our commitment to working with you to set up a payment plan, and discuss your options. We want patients to walk away feeling that the service with which they were provided went above and beyond their expectations. If you are grappling with questions about the cost of the clinic, we will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. Below, we’ve relayed some personal accounts for your benefit (we hope you’ll find that it is as much about what you are getting for your money, as about how much you are spending):

Sunil appreciated the transparency of the surgeons and felt like she was being provided with only honest, unbiased information. Sunil went from a prescription of 9 in each eye to better than 20/20 in a matter of minutes -an instant and painless results, as she called it. She said the service was of a five star quality and worthy of every cent for her eyes.

Richard felt that the financial expense of the procedure should come second to the quality of his surgeon. We do, after all, have only one pair of eyes! It helped his decision making process that he never felt as if he was under pressure to purchase a product. He felt very comfortable, especially as he dealt directly with Mr. Carp himself for a significant part of the process. In the end, he felt that the attention to detail at London Vision Clinic was worth every penny. Richard went from having a debilitating astigmatism and a lazy eye to not even needing glasses. Now that he sees the world a lot more clearly, he doesn’t understand how he put up with glasses for such a long time!

I saw an article on Prof Dan Reinstein a while ago and kept it.

I have a son of 21 and his sight seems to be getting worse and without glasses it is really bad.
Is 21 to young to consider laser eye surgery ?
    Regards

    Lindy

Hi Lindy, thank you for getting in touch. For some patients, age 21 is old enough to have laser eye surgey. However, there are several other factors to consider, which vary between individuals – including prescription and corneal thickness. Therefore, as with any patient, we would need to see your son in person and examine his eyes, in order to assess whether laser eye surgery is the best option for him at this stage. Either way, we can certainly provide much more detailed information, so that your son can make an informed decision about having laser eye surgery, whether now or in future. If you would be interested in speaking to us or scheduling an initial appointment, please call us on 020 7224 1005 or fill in our contact form (lvc14.wpengine.com/contact-us/) and one of our Patient Care Coordinators will be happy to help.
